Making one google search per excel row

Hi,
I'm new to this soft and was wondering how to achieve some basic data collection.
I have an excel file with several rows. I need to make one google search per row. I want the first result collected (only the URL) and added in a separate column, on the same row.
Is that doable & easy to put in place?
