Problems with payment of FingerprintSwitcher and Custom servers

Please help!!!
I clicked back on the page and when i came back on the payment page i didnt realise the address had been changed and i had paid to the older address

I paid FingerprintSwitcher

The sum in order was 20$ , but asked for a $29 fee. I transfered 20 $ , but the transaction was failed ( the error was : partially paid). So i decided to transfer another 10$ but my order was failed too. Then i refreshed the page and i get a message that your order was fully failed. Here 2 adresses of my transactions

Yeah, Admin / Mod not answering my previous request into the Fingerprint system that is NOT WORKING! Clearly just passing the buck to the user to just pay and pay and pay more for nothing. REPLY TO MY QUERIES @Fox
