Всем привет ! Такая же проблема , замыленным был купил именно Premium CustomsServers license вместо FingerprintSwitcher key. Как вернуть деньги хотя бы на баланс ?

Здравствуйте, извините, но мы не меняем лицензии. При покупке лицензии CustomServers появляется всплывающее окно, в котором говорится, что это не FingerprintSwitcher, что бы продолжить покупку CustomServers нужно принять политику возврата средств и нажать "продолжить"

У ссылок на покупку лицензии CustomServers также есть уведомление красным цветом, что это не FingerprintSwitcher

При клике на них также появляется предупреждающее всплывающее окно

Куда туда? На странице FingerprintSwitcher в личном кабинете есть целый блок посвящённый технологии CustomServers, подписанное огромными буквами "Расширение CustomServers", также как и блок "Автоматизация" посвящённый плагинами для автоматизации и блоком "Ваши ключи" с ключами FingerprintSwitcher

Каждый блок подробно описан

сделайте тогда refund на баланс и отмените ту лицензию. Это справедливо.

К сожалению в политике возврата средств нет пункта приобретения по ошибке
