Seems that there is a problem with the payment processor, both transactions are confirmed.

Do you mean the key? Did you not receive the key after payment?

I paid for 5 keys and received only 2 keys, I did not receive the remaining 3. More than a day has passed, and the rest of the keys have not yet been received. I wrote to the mail - they do not answer me.
I can provide all transactions and payment ID in private messages.
