is there a generic plugin / script / code that will accept the annoying GDPR / Cookies pop-up.
pop-up block action was set in bas, and these pop-ups still appear and block navigating on the website until we accept them.the workaround is to create a check and to make it click for each site in particular.

Had the same issue in the past. I now installed AdGuard software on the machines where BAS runs and there is a filter to block annoyances and 99% of this shit is gone. The free browser addon should also work if you enable the annoyance filter or use a DNS that filters out such crap.
