First of all, the moderator does not post any version of BAS, @support does.
Secondly, I misspoke above, it is not a beta version that is posted on the forum, but a full version that is not included in the BAS auto-update tool, to identify possible critical issues. For example in the current topic version 27.8.0, if a critical problem is found in it, then version 27.8.1 will be released, which will also not be included in the BAS auto-update tool. If no problems are found in it, then version 27.8.2 will be put into the BAS auto-update tool, which will be automatically downloaded for most users.

Создайте новый проект, если в нём всё работает корректно, значит проблема в модулях, которые вы установили

Нашел проблему, закрываете БАС (или переключаете на другой проект), открываете файл проекта в текстовом редакторе, и находите вот такую строку, как на скриншоте:
Удаляете всю строку, запускаете БАС, все работает

Это модуль с форума, для парсинга отпечатка, он заменяет дефолтный модуль отпечатков, если он у вас есть в БАС, так же его надо удалить

Нашел баг. Если применить socks5 прокси с поддержкой udp протокола, на каком-то етапе браузер зависает в режиме записи (в запуске все ок). Этот баг только на некоторых сайтах проявляется, например https://glovoapp.com/, после нажатия на login, и попытке что-то ввести в поле для ввода

Так же, уточните, зависает сразу после попытки ввести текст в поле для ввода или через какое-то время? Это происходит каждый раз? -

No way. But if you don't delete it, then fingerprints won't work at all.
