Where is Scenario Panel Settings

I updated BAS, I want to use the old view but there is no Scenario Panel Settings option. How do I go back to the old view?

I've been using the old panel for years and I don't want to try to get used to something new from scratch.

How do I access the old panel?

also this is the old version. i am using 28.1.2. it is in the old version, has it been removed in the current versions?
