Field to create maybe limit Max script per day(Help needed urgent)

I'm not sure why I'm getting this I haven't uploaded or created any script in the last two days before that only created one script two three days ago And before that I haven't created any script since the last 5 or 4 months
I have Also checked on the resources names and value and none of them have any special character or emojis like some have mentioned which could cause this issue Anyone any idea what could be the reason for this I really need to figure this out urgently
