What the hell happened to version 28?

I was unable to upgrade to version 28 for several reasons, for example:

• The website loads very slowly in many cases, most noticeable when opening the record and browsing the website, the website cannot be accessed immediately like before.
• In version 27, I could connect to the proxy via QUIC, but since version 28, I cannot connect.

QUIC works fine except for chrome version 133, but this will be fixed in the next patches.

Which sites are loading slower? Are you using proxies? Are you using fingerprints and which ones?
Are any third-party modules used?

I am using version 28.4.0, version 28.3.0 I think is the same.
I load the Google website, other websites are the same. The website can not load as fast as before.

Just loading google on old and new versions of BAS at the same time:

I noticed the significant difference of slower loading of websites as well with 28.3.0. I have been using 28.1.2 instead, as that version works fine.
1 . Personal PC
2. Windows 10 (OS Build 19045.5555)

3 . and 4.
CPU = Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz
RAM = 12.0 GB DDR3
GPU = NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030
SSD = Samsung SSD 870 EVO 1TB

5 . Yes - Window Defender is enabled
6. Yes - Firewall is enabled
7. Yes it persists when BAS is ran as administrator
8. The sites load mildly faster in run mode than in write, but even run mode is significantly slower when compared with past versions

When you reload the same site, does it also load slowly?
And, for example, if you first load site 1, and then load site 2, will site 2 also load slowly?

@m4zuper I didn't notice any slow loading of websites in 28.4.0 but I have a problem with this version freezing while opening a lot of Chromium instances (much more than the number of threads set in the script). Could this be a related problem?

Выкинуть свой vps нужно, с версии 28.4.0 нагрузка на сервера вырастет и дальше будет больше

@m4zuper yes the second site also loaded slowly. I have a little list of sites that im using to test it with logs so you can see the page loading time difference. google, youtube, facebook and runescape in that order. Strangely I noticed that facebook seems to load a lot quicker compared to the other sites. Also when It finished loading youtube it didn't show all the elements on the site before "finishing" then switching to facebook.
