Hard refresh browser (CTRL-F5)

How do I send the hard refresh to current tab and then wait for full page load?

Javascript is not capable anymore of hard refresh. It only does normal refresh.

The true parameter is deprecated in modern browsers (like Chrome).
It no longer does anything different — both reload() and reload(true) now behave the same.
