CanvasInspector Question

I want to ask a question about CanvasInspector. I want to use a profile made with Fingeprint Manager or Browser Automation Studio but I keep getting errors

CUSTOM~LOG[.][black][959388727] [11:28:01] Thread #2 : Error occured: "Timeout during creating new process"
CUSTOM~LOG[.][black][959388727] [11:59:17] Thread #2 : Error occured: "FingerprintSwitcher key is missing"
I should mention that I have profiles made with FingerprintSwitcher key or BAS with FP key

It works fine in simple mode - but if I try to use fingeprint file or profile it doesn't work at all
