"proxy handshake error"/"Failure when receiving data from the peer" when using proxy with Mail Module

Works completely fine without proxy

And proxy is working in HTTP request just fine

"proxy handshake error" Shows when I'm using socks5 proxy

"Failure when receiving data from the peer" Shows when I'm using http proxy

I am using outlook email

how can I fix this?
