How to retrieve data from a txt file

I have 200 websites that need information to be scanned.
I have finished writing a common scanning script for all websites.
I input the list of websites into a txt file.
Running 10 threads.
How can I modify the code to sequentially retrieve each line from the txt file?
Currently, each thread seems to retrieve lines like this:
For example, thread 1 scans sites 1, 11, 21, 31, ...
Thread 2 scans 2, 22, 32, ...
How can I make it so that after thread 1 finishes, it continues to the next line instead of scanning in this pattern?

@ptt-bds Mặc định nếu không cài đặt gì thêm nó sẽ lấy dòng theo thứ tự lần lượt mà, nghĩa là luồng nào kết thúc nó sẽ lấy dòng tiếp theo, làm gì có quy luật gì đâu.
Bác bảo nó theo quy luật đó thì không phải mix lines rồi.

@ptt-bds Ý mình là thấy bác ghi theo quy luật đó thì không phải lý do mix lines rồi.
Bác cứ thêm resources bình thường loại Linesfromfile thì nó sẽ chạy lần lượt thôi mà, đâu có quy luật gì đâu.

@ptt-bds Bác có 10 luồng thì đầu tiên nếu không có gì xảy ra nó sẽ lấy 10 dòng đầu tiên, sau đó thì cứ luồng nào "ra đi" nó sẽ lấy dòng tiếp theo, đâu có theo quy luật như 1,11,21,31 vs luồng 1 như bác nói đâu.
