I think you are using OneDrive which causes issues like this sometimes, try to extract project in folder which is out of scope of OneDrive
I can't download cloud when packing tool. I sent to several machines, some work, some don't.

@duotrexofficial If you are a premium user, you should have been more active in contacting support. The e-mail might not have arrived. If within 2-3 days the support does not respond to the mail, write to the support skype, to the forum.
Thanks for the Reply. Silly me, I found a way by using the click drag function then search for it on screen via coordinates etc.
