I would like to build gmail tool

Hello
I need to build tool for google accounts (mostly apps)
Tool must do :
-login to gmail using proxy (can be autenticated by ip or login and pass, as bas support)
-use cookies, so when bas login once to google should save cookies, and open next time same account with cookies
-use thousands of accounts, for example with 10-20 browsers, each browser different proxy ?

second coding:

• I see it support capmosnster for captcha so I can use API?
• does it support sms-activate.io API for sms unlocking ? Is it possible to setup logic like use country I want and also for example if sms not comming relogin again and take another number?
