I noticed that the software did not support the resolution 4k 3840x2160.
Is there an option in a file to activate this resolution in the sowftware ?

Update bas to the latest version and ask the agent to do this.
@Fox What has been updated to prevent that from happening again? I frequently encounter that issue.

значит тот с кого взяли отпечаток был на кастрированной версии браузера которая и подходит под вм, хотите лучше - используйте свой сайт со своей кастом проверкой браузера пользователя перед сборкой отпечатка.
There's also one more strange thing. "Record mode" seems to display in the right resolution and as normal.
