Setting proxy with 'target url' doesn't work

I use Charles for local proxying testing. And in BAS I set proxy 127.0.0.1:8888 with target url 'google.com' in advance parameter. Then I load 'facebook.com' url, the facebook traffic still goes through my proxy 127.0.0.1:8888. What's wrong with my config? Please explain for me. Thank so much.

@maxso Unfortunatelly, proxy for specific url works only if tunneling is disabled.
It is mentioned in interactive documentation.
