    Hello, today I would like to do a review on Premium Support!

    I'm a premium user for the first time and I'm new to the community!
    In addition to all the information found on the forum I realized that it was necessary to become Premium, not only to have "VIP" support but to support this incredible tool.

    Response time = 10/10 (The most time-consuming response took 40 hours)

    Quality of the answers = 10/10 (Absolutely ALL my doubts have been clarified, and I'm fascinated how this "FREE" program is so incredible!

    Understanding of support = 10/10 (Even using a translator the support strives to understand my problems and my ideas always willing to help and advise!)

    Why should you become premium?
    A: For only 40 dollars you will receive one of the best supports I know!

    I would like to leave this review because ALL what I have requested through Premium email, I have an answer for solution.

    New Deny Request function doesn't work with Browser Version 135 (BAS 28.7.0)

    @simplyx, this is not a bug, this is the case with many new browser features: initially they are only available in the latest version of the browser.

    This is because version 135 is compiled for BAS version 28.6.0, and it simply does not have the new functionality. Rebuilding takes a lot of time, and it is not a fact that the new functionality on the old version will not cause problems.

    You can find out which BAS version the engine was built for using the "Get list of available browser versions" action.

    @GhostZ understandable, but possibly the request to bas servers should be routed through tunnel to stop isp from throttling. so they are not appearing directly from bass server.

    @cezar, use the right button or enable the buttons in the settings, in these settings you can customize the interface as you want

    Unfortunately I don't think I'm qualified for such a position. But I do have some thoughts. Have you considered implementing a affiliate system? That would be a cheap and efficient way to promote. All you have to do is set up the website for it, then plug your affiliate website into places like Clickbank or Jvzoo and have those people do the leg work of promoting your product. And trying google ads for terms like browser automation or other keyword names that are associated with the program. These ideas are far from original but I think it could help. Especially an affiliate system.

    The forum engine does not support setting rules for individual branches, all rules are global. That is, the same rules apply to English and Russian language threads.

    As for this, I guess ill just hang out on the Russian side until I get enough likes to give other active native English speakers the ability to like others content.

    Unfortunately, according to the existing rules, I can't ban them. If a ban is imposed on updating different topics from one account, they will simply register different accounts and update topics from them, as a result, nothing will change.
