Paid $40 for premium via Bitcoin and Bablosoft site says payment failed which is not true.

Hello, I just paid $40 with the bitcoin option to upgrade to 180 days premium and after waiting for confirmation for almost 20 minutes, it had 2 confirmations out of 3 and all of a sudden, the site said transaction failed. That cant be because my bitcoin is gone. So please support, kindly credit my account appropriately. The account username is gr.atoe1977@gmail.com.
