mixer.com video player wont load but will on youtube and twitch

I am trying to make the video load on mixer.com but it wont even with user agent changed to a working one what should I do to make it work I think its a HTML5 player but I tried with flash and it still did not load the video any ideas

I tried using fingerprint too and it did not work
