Location Guard Issues

Hi, below is a video on the issues I'm having with Location Guard in Finger Print Switcher. In the options tab in Location Guard, there is an option, Default Level, The drop down box will not drop down and let me choose the options in that drop down box. Any help on this would be great. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have just realised that the link to the video might not work, if the video doesn't play straight away refresh the screen and that should work.

Well this is very disappointing no support at all for Finger Print Manager it must be a dead software if I don't get any support soon I will be cancelling my subscription and continue to use https://chameleonmode.com/ Chameleonmode has its issues but the developer does offer support. I was looking at buying BAS but not now with the support I'm getting with Finger Print Manager you can forget it!. As I have said so very disappointing!

Ok I have found some advice that says extensions don't work in BAS in 2020 so I'm assuming that in Finger Print Switcher it doesn't work eva. It is such a pity this could be a great software, I will be sorry to cancel my subscription. :(

Browser extensions currently don't work in BAS at all. And using the "Buster: Captcha Solver for Humans" extension in BAS is pointless:

@vogueweb Hello. The display of select elements does not work yet, in your case, you can select an item from the list as follows - first use the up or down keys, then left - click anywhere.

@sir-ydroidrrr thanks very much for your reply I really appreciate it. I think your demo is in BAS can Finger Print Manager do the same thing? I can't see the arrows in Finger Print Manager.

@vogueweb I'm sorry, I forgot to write that the up and down keys must be used from the keyboard of your PC.
