    Там где это необходимо я использую свои прокси, там где это не имеет значения - я использую купленные прокси.

    It may not work to enter characters via "alt", but that's not what I asked. I asked why do you need exactly this kind of data entry? What is the ultimate goal you want to achieve?

    @kmishu96 The first thing is u need to record the http request from hotmail signup page till finish, and use the http record/sniff result, its not easy bcoz microsoft/hotmail have much protection etc. or u sniff all request from another sniff program and put into BAS :)

    BAS doesn't have a ready-made tool for working with tables, you can use node js modules to work with them. A Csv file is just text, you can read it in a list, take a string from the list by index, and parse it with the "Parse Line" action
