DBC error !!

hi @administrators , i am getting constant wrong_user_key error even if my user:pass is correct. i am using dbc to solve captcha on yandex.ru. but, dbc site is counting those unsolved captcha

@andy231 I can't confirm that, it works fine with my login:pass and yandex.ru. Are you sure, that you are not adding space and have positive balance?

no space . if it were, then how dbc stats can count those captchas i tried to solve but got wrong key error . Yes, i have positive balance.

Yes, you are right

I tested, but got error ERROR_WRONG_USER_KEY in case if I change password.

Can you attach minimal project and exact error?
