Today, 07.02.2024, I bought a custom server that I can use for 3 months for $100. (I also have a fingerprint manager license until May 2024.)
But it was not delivered.

I purchased a 3 month license through btc, but the license expiration date is not extended. I don't know the order number because I don't see the transaction log and I only have the Bitcoin transaction ID. please help me? I'm a little nervous because it's been 3 days already and my license is about to expire.
By the way, and I haven't received a response to my email. -
