What kind of operating system is it? BAS does not work correctly with Windows 7 and older systems.

@MAB-Tech Most likely antivirus or windows defender is blocking access to the BAS server. Try running the script as Administrator or disable antivirus

Issue solved, in my PC some proxy server apps like 911 or other proxy software blocking BAS Server requests, if someone face same issue again, please check complete you PC setting's uninstall all third-party app which one Interference network and check your Router setting's. I also face some issue few days ago my router blocking all BAS requested

Такое может быть, если сервера не могу скачать скомпилированный скрипт. Если сервера совсем в разных локациях(страна), то это явно не этот случай.
