@m4zuper Scheduled tasks run after being installed in the default path during installation. They do not run when moved to another path. Hope this helps everyone experiencing the issue.

Now they are trying to blackmail us, and although the person did not provide any evidence, we still have to disable the site and roll out the update with database encryption earlier than planned.
