Correct product: Bought separately afterwards (fingerprint license).

Process:

On June 13, I emailed mail.to.twaego@gmail.com
(exact address as instructed).

I provided screenshots with visible date and message.

Despite the “3 business days” guidance, there has been no response for ~15 days.

Status: I’ve been following up for days; no one is helping. This is not a smear—just a factual record of the delay.

Note to the community

Keep payment proofs/TXIDs, take screenshots and preferably a screen recording of the process.

When contacting official support, store messages with visible timestamps.

I’m posting this purely for transparency, so others are informed.

I can attach the TXID and dated screenshots in the thread if needed. I hope this gets resolved soon, but so far I haven’t received help.

But this does not apply to payment issues. I will duplicate here the message that I gave you in pm: You transfer money for bablosoft products to the BAS developer, no one else can do anything with the money in principle! The developer does not report when and to whom he replied, we do not know how long the response takes.
