@Moderator I haven't used that balance for Fingerprint Business. So you could easily transfer it so that I could use it for a new license of FP Switcher when my current one expires (Which, yes, I bought it after the erroneous purchase)
But no, of course you won't do that for a customer. No problem, I'll charge it back through PayPal and it will cost you more than $40 in the end. -

I accidentally purchased "Extend CustomServers premium license for 3 months (100$)" instead of the 3-month fingerprint license that I actually wanted. I have already paid $100, and I urgently need this issue to be corrected.

What happened
Wrong purchase: “Extend CustomServers premium license for 3 months (100$)”
Correct product: Bought separately afterwards (fingerprint license).
Process:
On June 13, I emailed mail.to.twaego@gmail.com
(exact address as instructed).I provided screenshots with visible date and message.
Despite the “3 business days” guidance, there has been no response for ~15 days.
Status: I’ve been following up for days; no one is helping. This is not a smear—just a factual record of the delay.
Note to the community
Keep payment proofs/TXIDs, take screenshots and preferably a screen recording of the process.
When contacting official support, store messages with visible timestamps.
I’m posting this purely for transparency, so others are informed.
I can attach the TXID and dated screenshots in the thread if needed. I hope this gets resolved soon, but so far I haven’t received help.

Can you tell me where you saw the message about three business days? BASPremium support responds within two business days, BASPremium support contacts are listed in your personal account https://bablosoft.com/personal/license/BASPremium
But this does not apply to payment issues. I will duplicate here the message that I gave you in pm: You transfer money for bablosoft products to the BAS developer, no one else can do anything with the money in principle! The developer does not report when and to whom he replied, we do not know how long the response takes. If the developer missed the user's message, the user writes either on the forum or in BASPremium support, after which we retransmit the user's message to the BAS developer.
