@Roy-Mustang I agree with you very much. I have tested my proxy and there is no problem because it runs normally on my computer. The rest are browser settings. Is it possible that the data in FingerprintSwitcher has been used by many people and is no longer trusted on many platforms? And I didn't find a way to set the browser history in Bablosoft Wiki. Maybe it doesn't support it at all.

I don't understand, did I make a mistake, I sent everything, I sent a detailed e-mail 3 times, I received only “?” in response to this sign “?” -
Do not misunderstand me, my problem is not to ask for something top, I made my payment, but if there will be no return or purchase, I will pay you again, but I can not get a response in any way. @Moderator

Good evening
From your first message it was difficult to understand the essence of the problem, because there was nothing described in it. Already in the second message you wrote the reason in detail, you should get a reply soon please wait for it

@aronax said in Problems with payment of FingerprintSwitcher and Custom servers:
I bought by mistake FingerprintBusiness instead of FingerprintSwitcher. The balance in FingerprintBusiness ($40) is not used. I don't want it refunded, I'd like to be able to use it for the next FingerprintSwitcher purchase 3 months from now (as I managed to buy FingerprintSwitcher in the end and I now have an active license for it). Thanks

@aronax wrote you in PM
I wrote to support about my a/m mistake and that I don't want the money back but I'd like to buy another FP license when the current subscription ends. After almost 1 month they/ he replied saying that's impossible for this to be a mistake...and that's it.
What a joke of support you have. A bad joke!

@aronax Good afternoon! Regarding your question - there is a bright red sign on the website clearly indicating which product you are purchasing before you buy. Please pay attention, and we apologize if this is an inconvenience
-
@Moderator I haven't used that balance for Fingerprint Business. So you could easily transfer it so that I could use it for a new license of FP Switcher when my current one expires (Which, yes, I bought it after the erroneous purchase)
But no, of course you won't do that for a customer. No problem, I'll charge it back through PayPal and it will cost you more than $40 in the end. -

Hello,
I accidentally purchased "Extend CustomServers premium license for 3 months (100$)" instead of the 3-month fingerprint license that I actually wanted. I have already paid $100, and I urgently need this issue to be corrected.
Could you please help me update my payment so that it applies to the fingerprint license instead? I would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance with this matter.
Thank you.

Summary: I purchased the wrong product and paid $100. I later bought the correct fingerprint license. A moderator said support would reply in 3 business days, but it’s been ~15 days with no response or help. I’m sharing this so the community is aware.
What happened
Wrong purchase: “Extend CustomServers premium license for 3 months (100$)”
Correct product: Bought separately afterwards (fingerprint license).
Process:
On June 13, I emailed mail.to.twaego@gmail.com
(exact address as instructed).I provided screenshots with visible date and message.
Despite the “3 business days” guidance, there has been no response for ~15 days.
Status: I’ve been following up for days; no one is helping. This is not a smear—just a factual record of the delay.
Note to the community
Keep payment proofs/TXIDs, take screenshots and preferably a screen recording of the process.
When contacting official support, store messages with visible timestamps.
I’m posting this purely for transparency, so others are informed.
I can attach the TXID and dated screenshots in the thread if needed. I hope this gets resolved soon, but so far I haven’t received help.
