im building a desktop app basically and ive already coded most of the back end and it wouldnt be open source, the cost to get each person a key on top of the desktop app cost would end up costing to much for me and my users wouldnt likely pay it. i need it to be able to have access to the to all fingerprints. so leaving the service key empty wont work, i just need a more cost effective way like fingerprint business would work perfect if i didnt need them to login and have control over their keys just in the fingerprint business section, i thought it was going to work so i put money in fingerprint business and can stop it lol. i dont want people to know what im using. unless i can get like a api login for the front end and do it that way. maybe you can dm me and we can figure something out, i really like this fingerprint system its working great for what i need.
Problems with payment of FingerprintSwitcher and Custom servers

@webmastermarket said in Problems with payment of FingerprintSwitcher and Custom servers:
Despite the “3 business days” guidance, there has been no response for ~15 days.
Can you tell me where you saw the message about three business days? BASPremium support responds within two business days, BASPremium support contacts are listed in your personal account https://bablosoft.com/personal/license/BASPremium
But this does not apply to payment issues. I will duplicate here the message that I gave you in pm: You transfer money for bablosoft products to the BAS developer, no one else can do anything with the money in principle! The developer does not report when and to whom he replied, we do not know how long the response takes. If the developer missed the user's message, the user writes either on the forum or in BASPremium support, after which we retransmit the user's message to the BAS developer.

@webmastermarket In any case, we apologize for these delays. We understand that our customers should not have to wait so long for a response.

It's been almost a month. You still haven't refunded my money. When I ask for help, I get a harsh response. This is ridiculous.

@webmastermarket Good afternoon, there are indeed some issues with getting a response from support right now. This problem is not only affecting you (no one is intentionally ignoring you).
We’re creating reports, but unfortunately, we haven’t received any response from the support yet.

Hi there,
We needed bigger limits for multiple threading so we had bought 9 licenses, and whitelisted the ip for achieving 1000/3min limits, but it's not functional, I am constantly getting limited after 100 requests on all the keys
Can you please check and let me know what's the issue here? And if there is any function that I am missing out?
Thx

@ebomedia If you need keys for your customers, you can use the FingerprintBusiness service and purchase keys in bulk: https://bablosoft.com/bas/business
-
@Moderator No, i have already purchased 9 Keys, the problem i am facing is Even i have whitelisted the ips the every key is rate limited after 100 requests, where it supposed to be 1000/3mins as per your site
Can you please get me Clear picture why its limited to 100 request only?

@Moderator @support @support_dan Can you please get this checked Quickly? if this issue Prisist, then there is no reason of buying 9 Licences/Keys i would like to have the refund! just 100 limit is not functional
