It is now more than three days my money was deducted full amount for the fingerprint lincense but they never provided with me any lincense, I contacted the support by email but upto now they decided to igonre me yet they deducted my money. It is very shameless

Hi there,
We needed bigger limits for multiple threading so we had bought 9 licenses, and whitelisted the ip for achieving 1000/3min limits, but it's not functional, I am constantly getting limited after 100 requests on all the keys
Can you please check and let me know what's the issue here? And if there is any function that I am missing out?

@Moderator No, i have already purchased 9 Keys, the problem i am facing is Even i have whitelisted the ips the every key is rate limited after 100 requests, where it supposed to be 1000/3mins as per your site
Can you please get me Clear picture why its limited to 100 request only?
