Куда туда? На странице FingerprintSwitcher в личном кабинете есть целый блок посвящённый технологии CustomServers, подписанное огромными буквами "Расширение CustomServers", также как и блок "Автоматизация" посвящённый плагинами для автоматизации и блоком "Ваши ключи" с ключами FingerprintSwitcher

Каждый блок подробно описан

сделайте тогда refund на баланс и отмените ту лицензию. Это справедливо.

К сожалению в политике возврата средств нет пункта приобретения по ошибке

@Alex-5 Добрый вечер, политика возврата этого просто не предусматривает, в том блоке мы специально сделали красные надписи при покупке, чтобы клиенты не путали продукты

да понимаю , но вы в тот блок включили изначально продукт , который вообще там не нужен , была бы там сумма пару соток был бы внимательней , а тут на автомате купил непонятно что

Hello Bablosoft support,

I purchased a FingerprintSwitcher license (30 USD, 30 days) today using my credit card. The payment was successfully charged to my card, but the license has NOT been activated on my account.

Account details:

• Account email: serverhostingua@gmail.com
• Product: FingerprintSwitcher (30 USD / 30 days)
• Payment method: Credit card
• Payment date/time (UTC): 27/08/2026 15:06
• Amount charged: 30 USD
• Card / bank reference (last 4 digits or bank transaction ID): paypro: 8867

Problem:

• In my Personal Cabinet, the Transactions page only shows my OLD transaction from 2026-02-23 (Id: 199839). There is NO new transaction for today's payment.
• Balance shows 0$ and my FingerprintSwitcher license still shows as "not valid" (expired).

The money has clearly left my account, but the new payment is not reflected in my Bablosoft account and the license is not active.

Could you please:

1. Check today's credit card payment on your side, and
2. Activate / credit my FingerprintSwitcher license accordingly?

I can provide the bank receipt / screenshot of the charge if needed.

Hello,

I made two separate purchases using the following Bablosoft accounts:

1. sero92929292@gmail.com
   I believe I accidentally purchased the “CustomServers Premium License for 1 Month” for $40 from this account. I actually intended to purchase a FingerprintSwitcher license.

2. serodogan9292@gmail.com
   I purchased a FingerprintSwitcher license using this account.

The payments were charged successfully to my card, but neither purchase appears to have been activated. I have not received any confirmation emails or new license keys either.

Could you please check both payments and confirm which product was purchased under each account?

For the second account, please activate the FingerprintSwitcher license. If the first purchase was indeed for CustomServers, could you please convert it to a FingerprintSwitcher license or credit/refund the payment so I can purchase the correct product?

I can provide the payment receipts, transaction references, dates, and screenshots privately if required.
