Picking randon line from a file/url?

    When i use the linesfromfile/url its just picking the first line
    Is there anyway to make it take a random line?

    Select "Mix Lines" in the resource, that way all the lines are mixed and thus it will have a random line. Or you can use javascript to mix the array list using function shuffle to get a better constant randomization. I believe there's also the option "Shuffle List" under the "List" option

    VAR_NPCLIST is already list I guess. There is no split() function in javascript for array types. Split() works for string types.

    Here's a script with 3 different ways to save a file/folder.
    Created with a File Resource path & Folder Resource Path selected by the user and a very useful regex to determine where the current Project Folder is based on Recording location (.xml folder) or compiled (Bot folder location)!

    @marlo You can try to increase fail number, seems like during the process it found fail process so it stoped bcoz the fail number is 1. hope it will help u.

    @marlo There is Write file action, it can write to any file.
    Use it like this

    Write File file1 Write File file2 Write File file3

    You can place it inside loop too.
