Use RESET option in BROWSER TAB . this will clear cookies but cache will be still present. You can also make a profile and save it for further use. Let us know if this works for you.
There should not be any problems.
Load profile with gmail, than simply open new
tab and navigate to other site, Then just go back
to TAB where gmail is and confirm incoming mail.
You can use "Element Number" action to determine number of elements
in existing list, and after that you can use action "Delete By Index" or
"Remove Part".
