Нужно сделать софт, который будет заходить по кукам на ютуб и заливать видео
Выходит 2 вопроса:
1)У меня netscape куки, как загрузить их в бас?(конвертировать где нибудь или как)
2)Как выбрать видео файл для загрузки?

Does this happen specifically when copying something inside BAS? In the script panel where the actions are or from the browser?
What version of BAS are you using?
