Judging by the screenshot, this is FingerprintManager, I wrote it completely on the vue js framework, you can start learning from it

I'm not familiar with GetUiKit, but in any case, to edit or create a web interface, you need to know html, js, and css.

Not knowing vue.js, but knowing html, css and js you can make an interface in FingerprintManager style in 10 days. (or even faster)
I did it in less than 10 days.
