Pasting/Typing Big word in a second Doesn't work

I am trying to build a bot that will send email to 30 people at a time, but if i type it with the interval 0 in Google Doc , It works creazy , It types bullcrap data that's not even on my Textdata. so something is wrong and i can't past it with Clipboard because this will be multithread. I need help

For emails best option is to use "Template".
Try it, it is meant for such situations.
