I have nothing to do with the payment process or the issuance of keys, I duplicate to all users the email address that is indicated on each page when paying, but for some reason people do not see it.

But it was not delivered.

Make sure that you have sent the message to the exact email address that I specified. The address must match completely. Wait for a response, please note that support does not work on weekends.

I purchased a 3 month license through btc, but the license expiration date is not extended. I don't know the order number because I don't see the transaction log and I only have the Bitcoin transaction ID. please help me? I'm a little nervous because it's been 3 days already and my license is about to expire.
By the way, and I haven't received a response to my email. -
