You should probably contact your bank. Or just wait because the money will probably come back after some time.

You don't need to contact no bank at the begining. If the payment declines it takes 2-3 business days for money to settle\or come back to your card. After this time, if the money finally gone from your card, write request to merchant for refund, if there is no answer then contact your bank for initiate chargeback(they will ask to contact merchant first, so you did). That's the common way to go in this kind of situations. By the way I will not open no pdfs, so if you want to show something just make a screenshot
