Is the Rar file inside the 'Engineprotected' folder important?

    Inside the folder there is an 800 MB rar file called “engine.zip”. If I delete this, will it cause any problems?

    Since it's a zip file, I wasn't sure if it was used or not.

    I want to deliver a 1.2 GB file to the customer instead of a 2 GB file.

    Note: I realize that the customer can do the installation, I want to forward it installed.
