I can't reproduce your problem. Make sure you are using profiles correctly. If the problem is still relevant, please attach a test project in which you can repeat the problem.

JSON file is easy to create, just click "Write to file", for example, with the name "my_file.json". You can find the content (syntax) of JSON here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn/JavaScript/Objects/JSON
Edit : After digging further i found the problem . I had selected "ON" in the Sandbox option in my 2captcha account. This was giving me the error
Now it works
