About the problem related to the @to-nice client:
The client wrote to the wrong email, premium support does not make any decisions regarding money transactions in Bablosoft system.
The customer has been given the correct email contacts to resolve financial issues

ou can't make a mistake here because you lose your money, this is the final answer:
a big red sign indicating that the purchased product is not a FingerprintSwitcher.
Even in the dumbest store, if someone makes a mistake when buying, they get a refund — and here not even a replacement. This is a real scam!! -
