Canvas Fingerprint server down?

As soon as I try to get a new fingerprint I do only see this message in BAS log:

Thread #1 : (PerfectCanvas) Start obtaining fingerprint

There used to be more messages which always told me about "Request ID" and the queue position for waiting.

Now nothing happens. No log info, no fingerprint. I have no information if it is working at all or not.

The fingerprint will never get received and the log never changes.

It was working a few days ago and I did not change a single bit until then, so I guess the issue is on the server side.

The support does not try to help at all and couldn't care less.

I hope we can fix it. Otherwise I need to stop my project.

@Grassman You may have too many different parameters, and no fingerprint can be found. Create a new action called ‘Get Fingerprint’ and paste your canvas request.

I will try it, but the 100% same request was working a few days ago. I have tried different Cnavas requests too.

A few days ago I always ended up in the waiting queue, which I could see in the log file. It was no problem I just had to wait. Now nothing happens.

@Grassman As far as I remember, there is a very long queue for Android tags and phones in general on Canvas. I usually used the Desktop Chrome tag.

Yes sure but I can wait for the fingerprint and I need to have Android.
But anyway it is not related to Android. I just created a new project with a new action "Get Fingerprint" and "Microsoft Windows". I only added service key, the Perfect Canvas request and set "PerfectCanvas logs" to true.
Everything else is unchanged.
It seems like it is still not working. No request ID or waiting queue or error or fingerprint. Just nothing happens.

The same problem appears with the plugin "playwright-with-fingerprints". It is not working in both cases and it was working in both cases a few days earlier.

Are you from the Bablosoft team? Why do they not care?

I can see in the Http Sniffer it sends the PerfecCanvas fingerprint every 15 seconds to bablosoft server.
But no response in the logs.

What is the best way to get support from Bablosoft? I am really angry because they do not care.
I invested a lot of time and money in my project and they do not even try to help.

It started now working again.
I did not receive any helpfull message from Bablosoft. Also not a simple "Please check again it should now work again".
You can see it took about 70 minutes in this example I had running by the time.
