Why do I get 'Timeout During Reset' error?

How do I know whether reset is done properly or not?

You can use "ignore error" by clicking the "danger" icon to intercept error on all functions of BAS (amazing functionality)

After I added 'Ignore Errors', the log showed 'Error occurred : Timeout during Reset'.

Does this mean Reset not done?

What is the cause of the error?
Can I do something to ensure reset is done?
