Hello, I purchased premium and have been waiting for hours. Why isn't it active? Shouldn't it be automatically approved? Pay Pro says approval must be given.

I don't see the activation status. When I log in, the License appears to be 0. I purchased Browser Automation Studio Premium for $40. But it was not activated.

I've been waiting for two days and I can't get a response to my emails and premium hasn't been activated.

There is no one answering me. My service has not been activated for 2 days. Bablosoft does not respond to emails. I do not recommend purchasing online. Request activation of the service first. @Fox I asked for your help and you did not respond. Thanks.

Where did you send email? If you do not have a license, then you do not have a page in your personal account with support contacts

If they don't want to work with me, they can say so.First, make sure that you have sent the email to the correct address, the address must be specified exactly as I indicated in my personal message. Secondly, look at the calendar and make sure that it is not Saturday or Sunday.

@Fox Since the payment was taken from my card, there shouldn't be any problems. I emailed them twice and received no response. Pay pro said the payment was completed but the company did not respond to them. So this is entirely bablosoft's problem. It is not mine.

Even though I made the payment, the premium was not activated and no return was provided. I couldn't reach anyone. This is disrespectful.
