Hello, I purchased premium and have been waiting for hours. Why isn't it active? Shouldn't it be automatically approved? Pay Pro says approval must be given.

Where exactly do you view the activation status of your license?

I don't see the activation status. When I log in, the License appears to be 0. I purchased Browser Automation Studio Premium for $40. But it was not activated.

Where did you send email? If you do not have a license, then you do not have a page in your personal account with support contacts

First, make sure that you have sent the email to the correct address, the address must be specified exactly as I indicated in my personal message. Secondly, look at the calendar and make sure that it is not Saturday or Sunday.

All services are confirmed automatically. Do you have some kind of payment problem, it can only be solved by the mail that I indicated to you

Even though I made the payment, the premium was not activated and no return was provided. I couldn't reach anyone. This is disrespectful.
