Any idea why the new Recaptcha feature of this extension, does not work inside BAS, while it works perfectly in ordinary chrome ?
I purchased Premium but it was not activated
-
Hello, I purchased premium and have been waiting for hours. Why isn't it active? Shouldn't it be automatically approved? Pay Pro says approval must be given.

Where exactly do you view the activation status of your license?
-
I don't see the activation status. When I log in, the License appears to be 0. I purchased Browser Automation Studio Premium for $40. But it was not activated.

I've been waiting for two days and I can't get a response to my emails and premium hasn't been activated.
-
There is no one answering me. My service has not been activated for 2 days. Bablosoft does not respond to emails. I do not recommend purchasing online. Request activation of the service first. @Fox I asked for your help and you did not respond. Thanks.

Where did you send email? If you do not have a license, then you do not have a page in your personal account with support contacts
@Fox I asked for your help and you did not respond. Thanks.
Today is Sunday, sorry, but slavery seems to have been abolished!
-
@emenational Sent you a pm with a mail address to resolve your payment issues.
-
@Fox No e-mail was received to emrahbaser@dugunsayfam.com. I have a membership on your site with this email address and I paid $40.

You need to write an email to the address that I gave you in a personal message and describe the situation.
-
@Fox I already sent an email there. There is no answer.
-
Why doesn't customer support want to deal with me? If they don't want to work with me, they can say so.

Why doesn't customer support want to deal with me? If they don't want to work with me, they can say so.First, make sure that you have sent the email to the correct address, the address must be specified exactly as I indicated in my personal message. Secondly, look at the calendar and make sure that it is not Saturday or Sunday.
-
@Fox Today is Sunday. And I sent it to the correct e-mail address. Are services not confirmed on weekends?

All services are confirmed automatically. Do you have some kind of payment problem, it can only be solved by the mail that I indicated to you
-
@Fox Since the payment was taken from my card, there shouldn't be any problems. I emailed them twice and received no response. Pay pro said the payment was completed but the company did not respond to them. So this is entirely bablosoft's problem. It is not mine.
-
If the services are approved automatically, they are willingly victimizing me.

Why are you writing this to me? I have indicated to you what needs to be done, further spam messages will not affect the solution of the problem.

Bablosoft Willingly Inflicts Victims, I Requested a Refund

Even though I made the payment, the premium was not activated and no return was provided. I couldn't reach anyone. This is disrespectful.
