Summary: I purchased the wrong product and paid $100. I later bought the correct fingerprint license. A moderator said support would reply in 3 business days, but it’s been ~15 days with no response or help. I’m sharing this so the community is aware.
What happened
Wrong purchase: “Extend CustomServers premium license for 3 months (100$)”
Correct product: Bought separately afterwards (fingerprint license).
Process:
On June 13, I emailed mail.to.twaego@gmail.com
(exact address as instructed).
I provided screenshots with visible date and message.
Despite the “3 business days” guidance, there has been no response for ~15 days.
Status: I’ve been following up for days; no one is helping. This is not a smear—just a factual record of the delay.
Note to the community
Keep payment proofs/TXIDs, take screenshots and preferably a screen recording of the process.
When contacting official support, store messages with visible timestamps.
I’m posting this purely for transparency, so others are informed.
I can attach the TXID and dated screenshots in the thread if needed. I hope this gets resolved soon, but so far I haven’t received help.
