FingerprintSwitcher Licence Key Error

Hi Support Team,

I have bought 2 license for Fingerprint Switcher

For the first key i have tested and it was working fine till today and have added 2 IP for authentication.

Today I bought a second licence, since I want to increase Users.

it shows Error as shown below in the attached file.

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
